All orders are acknowledged within 2-3 business days, Mon-Fri. Our standard post days are Tues and Thurs, however we can post items on alternative days by request. The below lead times apply for all orders, and lead times and/or dispatch aims are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing by us. Your order will be delivered using the postage service stated at checkout, please take care to make yourself aware of this when ordering.
Please allow additional two days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Our processing/production times are between 1-12 weeks depending on your chosen ring design and metal. Please see product pages for specific lead time information.
Ready-to-Ship items: Usually dispatched in 3-5 working days, but can take up to 2-3 weeks if we're experiencing high order volumes. Our usual dispatch days are Tues-Thurs, therefore unless specifically agreed in writing, your items will be dispatched on these days only.
Tantalum items: We do our best to keep plenty of our Tantalum items in stock, however certain sizes and styles can take up to 8 weeks for delivery when stock levels deplete.
Made-to-Order items, including chains: We aim to deliver our made-to-order items as quickly as possible, which means where possible your order could be dispatched in 2-3 weeks, but can take up to 8 weeks.
Damascus and Silver items: We aim to deliver our Damascus and Silver rings as quickly as possible, however they can take up to 8-12 weeks to craft and dispatch.
Please allow an extra week for a personalised engraving.

Parcels that are 'returned to sender' due to not being collected on time or due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout by the customer may be subject to further shipping charges.
