HOW TO FIND US

AND WE CANNOT ACCEPT WALK-INS ON THE DAY*
Flinn & Steel @ Room Nine is based on the first floor of Cybor House in Tapton, which is on the corner of Manchester Road and Tapton House Road.
There is no external signage to our showroom space. To enter our building, use the gate closest to Manchester Road and continue up to the main door of the building (which says Cybor House).
To the left of the door you'll find our intercom system. Simply press the number '9' and the bell to call through to Room Nine.
Accessibility: Our showroom is wheelchair friendly with access via the side of our building.
Please call 07878921644 when you arrive to be guided to our showroom via the ramped entrance.
Please note that we are operating on an appointment-only basis. If you arrive late to your appointment, we are unable to overrun as customers are booked in throughout the day - so your appointment may need to be cut short.

PARKING
When you arrive, free on-street parking is usually available on Tapton House Road. If there are no spaces, continue slightly up the road, or on to Hallamgate Road which are both just a short walk away. Please take notice of any parking restrictions.
